All of our specialty coffee is fair trade certified, organic certified and shade grown. We roast each of our origin coffees differently to bring out unique flavors and our fair trade organic coffee is always fresh!

Fair trade coffee , or equal exchange coffee, is coffee that is traded by bypassing the coffee trader and therefore giving the producer (and buyer) higher profits. Fair trade certified coffee does not necessarily mean that the extra money trickles down to coffee farmers.

Organic farmers keep their soil fertile and productive using only natural, organic amendments and methods. They manage weeds and pests through nonchemical means for example, by using beneficial insects to control damaging ones. They plant only natural species and naturally cultivated hybrids, without any genetically modified (GMO) varieties. They place a high priority on sustainable use and management of their land.
